Folks,

 Hope someone can help here. I am being challenged by our QC dept to get reports, and graphs, that they need.

Showing overall reaction times, per supplier, for CAPA's raised within a set period. 

Showing supplier CAPA reaction times - month on month,

Showing a total material value for CAPA outstanding,

The problem with not getting them is that it may cause QC to stop using Q-Pulse, which would be a huge negative.

Any suggestions?
